Data Retention And Deletion
We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the site’s stated operations.
Default retention windows
Manual order requests and contact or drop-alert form submissions are normally retained for 90 days. Local exports are retained for no more than 30 days. Checkout request-control records are short-lived and normally expire from operational review within 48 hours to 7 days, depending on their purpose.
A specific record may be kept longer when it is needed for an unresolved fulfillment, payment, legal, or safety matter. Such exceptions are reviewed monthly.
Request deletion
Contact GrowmiesNJ through the contact page with enough information for us to verify the request. We will check the relevant order, form, export, and provider records, remove matching data where we control it, and explain any provider-side or legal-hold exception.
What deletion covers
Deletion covers the matching Netlify Blob order record, Netlify Form submission, and local export copies that GrowmiesNJ controls. Resend and Netlify platform logs follow their own provider controls; we request provider deletion where available and do not claim it is complete until confirmed.
