Shipping and Fulfillment Model
GrowmiesNJ is a collective hub featuring products from independent breeders and creators. GrowmiesNJ does not operate as a single seed bank, warehouse, or centralized fulfillment center. Unless otherwise stated, each breeder or creator is responsible for confirming availability, payment instructions, shipping method, packaging, timelines, and customer communication for their own products.
Multiple Breeder Orders
If your order request includes products from multiple breeders or creators, those products may be confirmed separately, paid separately, and shipped separately. You may receive separate messages, separate payment instructions, separate tracking details, and separate packages.
A default $10 shipping charge is added once per shipping group. GrowmiesNJ and Little b Trees currently share one shipping group, so an order containing both only adds one $10 shipping charge.
Manual Confirmation
Submitting an order request does not guarantee availability. All products are manually confirmed before payment instructions are sent or fulfillment begins.
Payment
Payment is not collected on GrowmiesNJ.com. Payment instructions are kept off the website and provided through the order confirmation email when available, or manually after availability is confirmed.
Shipping Terms
Shipping timelines vary by breeder, product type, location, and availability. Each breeder or creator is responsible for communicating expected timing before completing the order. Customers must provide accurate contact and shipping information when requested.
Restricted Areas
GrowmiesNJ reserves the right to refuse shipping to any location where fulfillment may be restricted, unclear, or not appropriate.
Returns
Some items may not be eligible for returns. Merch return options may differ from collectible or drop-related items and will be handled case by case. If there is an issue with an order, contact GrowmiesNJ within 7 days of delivery so the breeder or creator can review the situation.
