Manual order requests are the checkout model on GrowmiesNJ. Payment is not collected on GrowmiesNJ.com. The website sends a request, then the breeder or creator confirms availability, payment instructions, and fulfillment directly.

This keeps the site feeling like a normal storefront without pretending to be a payment processor. Visitors can browse products, use the cart, see shipping groups, and submit one clean request. The final confirmation still happens person to person.

Step 1: Browse current drops

Start with available GrowmiesNJ drops or browse the full shop. Product cards show name, breeder, category, status, price, pack details where relevant, and a request button when the listing is available.

If a product is marked coming soon, use the drop-alert form instead of expecting checkout to accept it. Coming-soon products like the KaliRam Male Selection Project are there for context and future interest, not instant checkout.

Step 2: Add products to cart

The cart groups products by breeder or creator. GrowmiesNJ and Little b Trees share one shipping group, so ordering from both only adds one $10 shipping charge. Future outside breeders may have their own shipping rates.

That grouping matters because GrowmiesNJ is a collective hub. Some products may eventually be fulfilled by different people. The cart and checkout are built to show those groups clearly before the request is submitted.

Step 3: Submit the request

Checkout asks for contact information and acknowledgments. This keeps the flow clear: adults 21+ only, manual payment, separate fulfillment where needed, and local-law responsibility.

The checkout form also sends the product summary and breeder-grouped summary with the request. That gives GrowmiesNJ the important details without collecting card information or routing payment through the website.

Step 4: Confirm directly

After checkout, the website shows a private-safe order summary only. Payment handles, email addresses, and other private contact details are not displayed on the site. Payment instructions are not sent automatically; GrowmiesNJ reviews the request first, then sends payment instructions manually after availability and shipping details are confirmed.

If a breeder-specific order email is enabled, the breeder gets their own copy of the request. The customer still receives the normal confirmation email. Payment and fulfillment details should be confirmed directly before anything is considered final.

Why GrowmiesNJ uses manual requests

Manual requests are slower than a fully automated checkout, but they fit the way small-batch drops work right now. Availability can change, future collaborators may handle their own shipping, and the site needs to stay cautious about legal and payment language.
